Jessica Santana is one of the co-founders of New York On Tech (NYOT) an organization on a mission to prepare the next generation of technology leaders emerging from New York City. Prior to NYOT, Santana worked as a technology consultant for global brands including JPMorgan Chase, Accenture and Deloitte where she worked on digital projects for financial services organizations and federal agencies. Jessica also completed the JPMorganChase Global Enterprise Technology Leadership program and was recognized as a Deloitte Future Leaders Apprentice and a Morgan Stanley Emerging Leader.

Jessica has presented to 25+ audiences and has been named a Forbes 30 Under 30, Wells Fargo Millennial Activist, Ashoka / American Express Emerging Innovator, Pahara Institute Next-Gen Leader, Camelback Ventures Social Innovation Fellow and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She is a member of the NationSwell Council and one of the ambassadors for the TECHNOLOchicas initiative.

In her work, she served as an advisor to 50+ early stage start-ups, small businesses and non-profits. The 2016 NAACP Award-winning artist serves as the Director of Contemporary Arts and Culture at Harlem Hospital Center and he is the Head of the Arts Department for the Eagle Academy for Young Men at Ocean Hill.

 

      Draper's content is as varied as the materials he uses. His art ranges from helping you to see something in a new perspective, to creating a sense of nostalgia, and somehow everything in between that relates to wanting you to become your greatest-self. Draper works with wood, glass, fabric, and a host of other things that you don’t think of when you think of a “visual artist”. This eclectic assortment of materials helps to create artwork that is pleasing to both your sense of sight, as well as your sense of self.

 

      Draper owns and operates #TheDraperSpace gallery in the Bronx, where he displays his art collections to be seen by the public and facilitates a multitude of themed art workshops for adults and children. Ronald Draper has produced scores of custom art pieces, with no two pieces being the alike. Deuce// Table For Two, brings together women that vary in career, age, background and personal interest to celebrate the multidimensional layers of identity among black women.

In true Dinner Table spirit, Deuce aims to create a safe space for women of color to share their truth and celebrate the accomplishments of the woman seated across the table. However, this series aims to focus on women excelling in careers in which you don't normally see women of color excel in via entertainment media (like politics, STEM, etc.)
