Jessica Santana is one of the co-founders of New York On Tech (NYOT) an organization on a mission to prepare the next generation of technology leaders emerging from New York City. NYOT provides students with access to the development, mentoring, networking and professional experiences that prepare them for degrees and careers in technology. Prior to NYOT, Santana worked as a technology consultant for global brands including JPMorgan Chase, Accenture and Deloitte where she worked on digital projects for financial services organizations and federal agencies. Jessica also completed the JPMorganChase Global Enterprise Technology Leadership program and was recognized as a Deloitte Future Leaders Apprentice and a Morgan Stanley Emerging Leader.
Jessica has presented to 25+ audiences and has been named a Forbes 30 Under 30, Wells Fargo Millennial Activist, Ashoka / American Express Emerging Innovator, Pahara Institute Next-Gen Leader, Camelback Ventures Social Innovation Fellow and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She is a member of the NationSwell Council and one of the ambassadors for the TECHNOLOchicas initiative.
In her work, she served as an advisor to 50+ early stage start-ups, small businesses and non-profits. She sits on the national board of directors for PowerMyLearning and advises Atlas Corps' tech strategy. Santana was also one of the inaugural technology anchors on Univision. She graduated with degrees in Accounting and Information Technology.

Throughout her career at Black Entertainment Television (BET) Neffy interviewed some of your favorite celebrities such as Nick Cannon, K. Michelle, Ciara, Kandi Burress, August Alsina, Diggy Simmons, Keyshia Cole and Nelly to name a few. As the network’s social media strategist, Neffy spearheaded the digital campaigns for tier 1 shows and specials such as the BET Awards, 106 & Park and Black Girls Rock.
With 6 years of professional experience spanning television, digital, print, and radio, Neffy balances a career both in front and behind the camera as the creator, producer, and host of her very own show, The Path Less Traveled Series, a web series that exclusively spotlights millennial entrepreneurs.
